Quality & Compliance Lead — Care Services

Energy Jobline CVL is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our Quality Team in a hybrid role that covers North, West and East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will help drive excellence in compliance with regulatory standards, support continuous improvement, and champion high-quality, person-centred support.

Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, producing clear reports, coaching managers, and analysing quality data while promoting the voices of the people we support. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in quality assurance are essential for this role.
