Assistant Store Manager – Central London
Coffee Island is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its store in central London. We are looking for a fun and friendly assistant to join our team, someone who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to creating a unique coffee experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of previous coffee experience
- Latte skills are preferred
- Passion for coffee, food and cafe culture
- Understanding and valuing the importance of customer care & hospitality
- Commitment to consistency in quality, speed and intelligent customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Mature & motivated team player
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8 hour shift
- Starting time: Immediate start!
- Location: London WC2H 9NY – requires reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Barista experience – 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality experience – 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service experience – 1 year (preferred)
