Assistant Store Manager – Central London

Coffee Island is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its store in central London. We are looking for a fun and friendly assistant to join our team, someone who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to creating a unique coffee experience for our guests.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of previous coffee experience
  • Latte skills are preferred
  • Passion for coffee, food and cafe culture
  • Understanding and valuing the importance of customer care & hospitality
  • Commitment to consistency in quality, speed and intelligent customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Mature & motivated team player
  • Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift
  • Starting time: Immediate start!
  • Location: London WC2H 9NY – requires reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
  • Barista experience – 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality experience – 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service experience – 1 year (preferred)
