Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver
Location: Warrington, WA4 6XE
Pay Rate: £13.80 – £20.70 per hour
Shifts: Rotating Weekly
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00

About the Role
People Dynamix are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives and FLT Drivers for an established timber and distribution operation based in Warrington.
Due to continued growth and increased volumes, we are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals seeking long-term, ongoing work with genuine opportunities for permanent employment.
We are particularly interested in candidates who hold a valid Counterbalance licence, although applications are also welcomed from those with Reach, VNA or Multi‑Directional licences.
Previous experience within the timber industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Duties Include
- Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Operating FLT equipment in a busy warehouse environment
- Stock movement and storage allocation
- Completing pre‑operational equipment checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet operational targets
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Reach, VNA or Multi‑Directional licences desirable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Looking for ongoing, long‑term employment
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
