The Role

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to support the business across a wide range of contract activities and drive best practice in contract lifecycle management.

This role will play a key part in managing contract processes, optimising systems (including Agiloft), and enabling teams to work efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g. MSAs, SoWs, NDAs, supplier agreements)
  • Own and optimise the Agiloft contract lifecycle management system
  • Support stakeholders with contract templates and negotiation processes
  • Deliver training and guidance to improve contract knowledge and adoptionMonitor contract performance, risks, and compliance through reporting and insights
  • Maintain contract templates, workflows, and approval processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in contract processes, including use of automation and AI

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts independently
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
  • Experience working with CLM systems (Agiloft preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is advantageous but not essential
