Salary and Allowance: £45,963.35 gross per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £52,355.86 over the next 3 years. Current employees in banding 28-34 will maintain their existing salary.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit an Engagement Officer. The post‑holder will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective online journeys designed to inspire members and supporters to campaign, donate, volunteer, or otherwise engage.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the aims and structure of The Labour Party, including at a local and regional level
- Experience of working with political or campaign focused digital communications
- Experience of successfully building, analysing and optimising online journeys
- Ability to multi‑task and to work well in a fast‑paced environment
