Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Central London

With a turnover of over £100 million, one of the UK’s leading fit‑out / refurbishment contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. The role will involve delivering large projects on a 2‑stage tender basis, ranging between £10-£20 million.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑construction
• Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
• Site set‑up and strategy including logistics
• Planning
• 2‑stage tender process
• Running the job as a number 1
• Daily site management and progress reporting weekly
• Check contractors’ RAMS for approval, tickets records and allocate inductions
• Costing and budgeting
• Check and approve benchmarks from contractors
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within cut‑and‑carve refurbishment with structural alterations
• Previous experience in project management within cut‑and‑carve/refurbishment
• Ambitious, dynamic and client‑facing
• Able to travel to and from site in the City of London
• Certifications: CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and FIRST AID site certifications
