We are looking for a brilliant DEI / People Engagement Manager to join a leading global professional services business, supporting their people agenda across diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and employee engagement.
This is a broad, strategic and highly visible role, working with senior stakeholders, employee networks and regional/global teams to help drive meaningful DEI initiatives across a complex, international business.
The role would suit someone who has experience across DEI, inclusion, employee engagement, internal communications, HR projects or people strategy, ideally from a consulting, professional services or large international organisation.
Requirements
- Confident managing senior stakeholders
- Strong on project delivery and programme coordination
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and insight
- Able to communicate thoughtfully around sensitive and important topics
- Passionate about diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and creating environments where people can thrive
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work at pace
- Credible, warm, commercially aware and politically neutral
