Residential Property Associate (2–4 PQE) | London | Hybrid | £95,000+
A long-established London firm with over 300 years’ heritage is seeking a Residential Property Associate to join its high-performing real estate team, acting for UHNW individuals, families, property companies, and private banks.
The Role
You will handle high-value residential transactions (£3m–£20m), including acquisitions, disposals, and financing (conventional and Islamic), as well as title due diligence, SDLT, Land Registry applications, and related advisory work. You will manage your own caseload with Partner support on complex matters.
About You
- 2–4 PQE with strong residential property experience
- Experience in leasehold and high-value transactions
- Property finance exposure (Islamic finance a plus)
- Strong organisation, client skills, and attention to detail
- London firm background preferred
