Job Description The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment, including oversight of meeting rooms, hospitality services, and cleaning operations. Regular interaction with client employees and visitors means customer service is central to success in this position. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the client-dedicated floor Ensure meeting rooms are well-maintained, fully equipped, and AV systems are regularly checked Oversee hospitality services, ensuring refreshments are consistently stocked and available Order and manage stock levels for hospitality and cleaning supplies Supervise two cleaning operatives to ensure high standards are maintained Ensure COSHH compliance and that all risk assessments are completed and up to date Identify and report maintenance or repair issues promptly Support administrative tasks including payroll input, holiday management, and employee appraisals (training provided where required) Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Highly organised, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads effectively Comfortable working independently in a lone-working environment Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in handling unexpected situations Personable and approachable, with a positive and engaging manner Adaptable and able to take ownership of the site, identifying and resolving issues proactively Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and meeting client needs consistently The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
