Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of properties to be marketed for let, ensuring client, company and statutory requirements are always met.
- Monitor all properties, review strategies and make recommendations when needed, updating the system accordingly.
- Liaise with other staff, raise and process all associated paperwork and update systems accurately to reflect true performance.
- Work 37 hours per week (Mon‑Thu 9:00‑17:30, Fri 9:00‑17:00). Hybrid working is available after probation.
- Maintain basic DBS checks and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- High level of customer focus, always working to address and exceed customer needs with regard to the delivery of an efficient voids service.
- Ability to adapt to varied workloads and work effectively within multiple property stages.
- Previous administrative experience in a busy, customer‑focused environment.
- Skilled communicator capable of liaising with individuals at all levels.
- Evidence of the ability to think ahead, spot opportunities and take appropriate action.
- Good IT and communications skills.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Basic DBS check required.
