Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic interventions and activities to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for ongoing support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards.

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing professional development activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
n

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Completion of NHS mandatory training.

Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.
