Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Senior Manager to join our high-growth organization. Reporting to the Sales Director, UK, the role focuses on driving business growth, executing with speed and quality, and partnering across teams to achieve brand objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed brand objectives and sales goals
- Develop account strategy and priorities based on local market dynamics and specific account needs (assortment, merchandising, tailored trade marketing calendar)
- Identify and execute business-building initiatives to grow market share, rankings, and profitability
- Ensure a strong visual presence in-store and online
- Forecast monthly and provide feedback on goal delivery
- Collaborate with the Space Planning team on assortment and Planogram work
- Manage P&L elements such as sales revenue, trade margins, and A&P, and lead monthly and annual forecast planning
- Develop and deliver sales meetings and product training for assigned accounts
- Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the beauty industry, with exposure to large mass-cosmetics retailers in the local market
- Leadership ability and willingness to take responsibility and accountability
- Strong business acumen and financial awareness
- Integrity, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented, responsive, and passionate about success
- Strategic and tactical thinking capability
- Analytical mindset
- Passion for digital and omnichannel sales strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
