We’re supporting a growing business with the appointment of a Customer Excellence Assistant to join a busy customer support team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with a genuine focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Process customer orders and amendments accurately.
- Manage customer cases through to resolution.
- Coordinate deliveries and keep customers updated.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and positively.
- Monitor ongoing orders and proactively communicate any updates.
- Support warranty, aftercare and service enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
