Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for someonewho:

• Will work alongside children with SEN, ingroups or on a 1:1 basis, within a classroom setting or in designated spaces
• Can engage and motivate childrenappropriately and sensitively
• Has excellent organisational skills and is agood communicator
• Can use their initiative when working ontheirown, and can work effectively as part of a team
• Is calm, resilient and flexible
• Has a good understanding of positivestrategies to promote positive behaviour
• Has a genuine desire to make a difference tochildren’s learning and development

The duties andresponsibilities listed describe the post as it is at present. The post holderis expected to accept any reasonable alterations that may from time to time benecessary. This role will be reviewed annually.
