Hotel Operations Manager
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless guest experiences while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to maximise commercial results and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Enhance employee engagement and support wellness activities such as healthy lunches, wellbeing walks, and pay‑day treats.
- Provide access to Employee Assistance Programme and Healthcare Cash Plan options.
- Support career growth through fully funded apprenticeship programmes and internal development programmes.
- Organise and recognise team member achievements with monthly and annual service awards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management with a track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
