The Role
As a Welsh‑Speaking Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils throughout the school day.
- Delivering one‑to‑one and small‑group interventions.
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and wellbeing.
- Helping create an inclusive, safe and engaging learning environment.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
