Position Overview

People Operations Coordinator – full‑time, permanent role located in our Liverpool Street office. Standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Salary: £33,000.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line generalist HR advice and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, resolving matters advising clients.
  • Coordinate HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, absence management and performance appraisals.
  • Support the wider HR team with complex processes such as restructures, TUPE, DSARs, collective consultations and more.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience coordinating and managing employee relations cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
