- Proven experience in credit and collections or finance functions
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage customer disputes and overdue accounts
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Nice to have skills
- Third Level Qualification in Finance or related field
- Experience within a global shared service environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in credit management or collections roles
- Experience working with automated systems and credit check tools
