Role Overview
To participate as a proactive member of the Estates & Facilities Land & Property Team supporting the Land & Property Manager, and wider team, to ensure the timely and effective functioning of the Land & Property cost recovery model, supporting operational delivery and financial performance management.
To provide business management support to the Land & Property Manager on a planned and ad hoc basis, to drive, support and facilitate day to day provision of Team requirements and obligations.

To work in the United Kingdom, an individual must demonstrate that they have the relevant permission to work in the country, which is granted by the UK Visa and Immigration Service.
