Electrical Supervisor | Germany

Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a leading European engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Germany.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a flagship data centre project and lead on-site electrical installation activities.

Electrical Supervisor Key Requirements

  • Qualified electrician or electrical engineering trade background.
  • 5–10 years’ experience supervising electrical installation teams and subcontractors on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
  • Experience working on Design & Build projects.
  • Good technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced site environment.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, labour resources, and productivity against programme milestones.
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates to the project management team.
  • Manage snagging, punch lists, as-built (redline) drawings, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) documentation.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, plant, and labour requirements.
  • Support package management, including variations, cost awareness, and commercial reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance to installation teams and promote a “Right First Time” culture.
