Production Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Production Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in Belfast.

This role will suit a strong people leader who can drive performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate shift teams to achieve production targets
• Drive a positive Health & Safety culture across site
• Ensure high quality and compliance standards are maintained
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence initiatives
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality standards
• Proactive, organised, and driven to improve performance
