The Role
To directly work with key stakeholders to develop care and clinical services and the overall delivery of high‑quality care services as recognised through external regulation ratings. Responsible for the introduction, engagement, and development of colleagues, embedding best practice and monitoring compliance for a range of care and clinical initiatives.
Embed best practice through monitoring compliance of a range of care & clinical KPIs such as tissue viability, nutrition, end of life care, medication, etc., and analyse individual home data to identify and respond to trends or concerns.

About You
- Experienced Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
- Full Drivers Licence with access to own vehicle
- Quality and Governance experience, ideally in a care home setting
- A determination to ensure best care is practiced and an innovative mind to achieve this

Opened in 2009, Manor Lodge is a very modern and attractive purpose‑designed care home located a short walk from Chelmsford town centre in Essex. We provide personalised nursing, residential and respite care for older people and specialise in supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our friendly and experienced team get to know each resident really well, so we can provide care that is as individual as they are. We involve residents at every stage of the care planning journey – we find out how they want to be cared for and design a programme around their wishes. We also spend a lot of time getting to know residents’ families, listening to their opinions and offering support when it’s needed.
