Job Overview
You will be teaching a KS4 nurture group, working with a small class of pupils who benefit from a highly personalised, supportive approach to learning. The curriculum is adapted to focus on functional learning, independence and life skills, alongside core academic development.
While the class is Key Stage 4 in age, students are currently working at an earlier developmental stage. We warmly welcome applications from both Primary and Secondary trained teachers, particularly those with experience in adapting learning to meet a wide range of needs.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience working with pupils with additional needs
- A patient, adaptable and nurturing teaching approach

Additional Information
This role is initially a maternity cover for the Autumn Term, with the potential to become a longer‑term or ongoing position, starting September 2026 on a full‑time basis.
