Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal

Central London | Full-time | Office-based | Salary: £32,000 (with future progression opportunities)

A well‑established and expanding Central London law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Support professional to join its busy property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career within a high‑performing, city‑based practice, with clear scope for progression.

The firm operates from a modern Central London office and has a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality residential conveyancing services. The team is well‑structured, collaborative, and supported by experienced fee earners and dedicated support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the conveyancing team.
  • Assist with file management, documentation, and client correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
  • Support fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to a professional, organised, and collaborative working environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in conveyancing support or legal administration (preferred but not essential).
  • Seeking a stable, long‑term career with genuine development opportunities.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fully office‑based Central London setting.
  • Open to progression into a fee‑earning role or further qualification over time.

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 (with flexibility as the role develops).
