Recruitment Consultant (Permanent) – US Market | Central London, UK

With over 100 years of combined life science recruitment experience and an advisory board of scientific industry experts, we partner with clients across Pharma, CROs, TechBio, and CDMOs, among others.
Backed by life science investors who believe in our mission, we work with some of the most innovative biotech companies and leading life science VCs to support company growth and portfolio expansion.
Since our launch in January 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 40 globally, with offices across London, Basel and Boston. We’ve just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date, generating £4M+ in Q2 alone.
We’re also hiring another 20 people this year, and we’re now looking for an experienced 360 Consultant to join our London team, working permanent placements across the US life sciences market.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a desk within a fast-growing, well-funded business, with direct access to some of the most exciting biotech and life science companies globally.
The role:
- Full 360 recruitment across permanent placements within the US life sciences market
- Building and owning your own desk, from business development through to placement
- Partnering with biotech, pharma, CRO, TechBio and CDMO clients across the US
- Working closely with leadership to help shape and grow the US desk
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within life sciences
- Experience working the US market (highly desirable)
- A track record of billing and hitting targets consistently
- Self-motivated, with the drive to build and grow a desk
