Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect goods to ensure they are in good condition.
- Direct received deliveries to the respective departments.
- Maintain clear and organised records, uploading delivery notes and invoices to the relevant finance platform and filing them accordingly.
- Conduct regular stock taking and ensure delivery areas are clean and well maintained.
- Apply strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to financial principles, practices and regulations within a hotel setting.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of financial principles, practices and regulations; basic knowledge of financial analysis.
- Equivalent work experience in a branded environment.
- Knowledge of Procure Wizard is an added advantage.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and commitment to brand standards.
