At the Springfield Inn, the Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading the team to success. Through passion and drive, the role motivates staff to deliver excellent guest experiences and mentors each individual to excel.

Responsibilities

• Use management experience to support the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations, acting as Duty Manager when necessary.
• Use communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service with pride.
• Serve as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests, encouraging repeat visits.
