Job Description

Drive go‑to‑market strategy and demand generation for the full IGTD portfolio across international markets, with a focus on Region North (UK & Nordics).

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for the IGTD portfolio, acting as the key marketing lead for Region North.
  • Drive demand generation and adoption of the One IGT proposition, with a strong focus on vessel preparation solutions.
  • Define and execute go‑to‑market plans aligned with global strategy, adapting them to local market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Lead product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio positioning to maximize market impact.
  • Develop pricing, value propositions, and data‑driven marketing plans based on market and competitor insights.
  • Deliver integrated omni‑channel campaigns (digital, events, field) to increase engagement and utilisation.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with global marketing, sales, and clinical stakeholders, and engage KOLs and customers to build strong market presence.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in downstream marketing, preferably in MedTech or Healthcare.
  • Experience managing broad product/solution portfolios and leading market‑specific initiatives.
  • Strong go‑to‑market execution and ability to translate global strategies into local impact.
  • Solid analytical skills (market insights, pricing, competitive analysis).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Knowledge of image‑guided therapy or interventional cardiology is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%).
