Broiler Farm Operations Lead (Assistant Manager)

Chesterfield Poultry is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager for their location in Horncastle. The role supports the Farm Manager in managing daily operations to ensure optimal bird health and production efficiency. Candidates should have strong experience in broiler production and knowledge of biosecurity protocols, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This position requires a Poultry Passport and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. The salary is up to £34,000 per annum plus bonus.
