What You’ll Be Doing Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors Managing site access and ensuring security procedures are followed Processing visitor and staff passes Verification of personnel documents Handling calls, emails and enquiries efficiently Supporting the smooth running of reception and site operations Carry out all reception duties as agreed with the site and as stated in the Assignment Instructions Managing post, deliveries and meeting room bookings Keeping accurate records and maintaining a well-presented reception area What We’re Looking For Valid SIA License is essential UK Right to Work & 5-year checkable background. British Nationality / UK Residency of 5 years. Trustworthy & reliable Good time keeping and attendance Demonstrate your experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role Experience in id pass production preferred Exceptional organisational skills Strong communication and people skills at all levels including stakeholders and client hosts Excellent IT skills in using various systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Professional, approachable and reliable Able to work independently and stay organised in a busy environment Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, appearance and attitude Why This Role?
