nnTHE ROLE:nWorking as part of a highly regarded team of Employment specialists, you will advise a broad range of clients, from SMEs to national and international organisations, as well as senior executives, on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Managing a varied caseload, you will handle Employment Tribunal litigation, provide strategic and day-to-day employment advice, support corporate transactions and projects, and, if of interest, undertake a mix of employment and immigration work. You will also play an active role in business development, strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued success and growth of the team.nnTHE CANDIDATE:nYou will be a qualified Solicitor with between 3 and 6 years' PQE and solid experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters. You should be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, delivering commercially focused advice, and building strong client relationships.
