Are you an Electronic Engineer with experience in industrial automation, electronics commissioning, electronics technical support and knowledge of drives, motors, soft starters or control systems seeking a role in a global company that offers technical expertise, work‑life balance and exposure to new projects?
On offer is a chance to work within a specialist electronic development team responsible for end‑to‑end design, manufacturing and distribution of electrical products and systems. You will act as a technical expert, providing product support and insight to clients.
We supply products globally and are leaders in the medium voltage industry. We invest in technology and are expanding our applications/technical team.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to valued clients pre‑and post‑sale
- Developing technical proposals and delivering technical product training
- Collaborating with Sales, Design, Development and Quality teams
- Supporting product management and technical support functions, including sales and business development support, technical document creation, and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electronics technical support and drives, motors, soft starters or control systems
- Experience in industrial automation, electronics commissioning, and technical support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commutable from Plymouth, Ivybridge, Totnes, Torquay, Newton Abbot, Exeter and surrounding areas
