Commercial Property Claims Technician

Remote/Homebased Desktop Commercial Property Adjuster required to complement an existing team, handling a portfolio of Commercial Material Damage and Business Interruption losses through to settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit all reports regarding each visit and maintain a complete diary.
• Manage a caseload effectively to provide service delivery within client SLA and meet audit criteria.
• Write full and detailed reports for insurers, including recommendations for settlement.
• Foster proactive communication with insurers, policyholders, contractors, and other parties to facilitate claim settlement.
