Service Administrator / Coordinator, Hillsborough
We are working with a genuinely fantastic employer who supply a range of specialist equipment into a wide range of markets and customers across NI & ROI to appoint their new Service Administrator / Coordinator.
Monday to Friday, 830am to 5pm.
Working at their offices in Hillsborough, within a close-knit team you will work closely with their commercial customers across a range of matters, this will include;
Liaising with customers on their orders, ensuring accurate quotes, order processing and customer support
Creating customer orders on internal systems
Working with and coordinating with internal colleagues on customers orders, product availability etc
All associated administration
What we are looking for
Experience gained within a similar role / industry
Confident communication skills
Sound level of IT literacy
