The People Analytics Analyst is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for providing accurate and secure people data to inform business decisions, while developing reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to support data-driven human capital strategies. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities
- Build queries using PeopleSoft, Business Objects and other databases to extract results for various clients.
- Consult with stakeholders to address data needs and provide ad‑hoc assistance for general and intermediate‑level data requests.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources for effective data management, reporting, and auditing.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of reporting products, troubleshoot issues, and optimise for speed and efficiency.
- Build data visualisations and perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate report and query building experience, with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau and SQL for data visualisation, modelling and analysis.
- Possess systems data extraction experience, preferably with PeopleSoft or Business Objects.
- Display well‑developed and professional interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact with people at all organisational levels.
- Experience managing data; human resources data experience preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
