Requirements
- Hands‑on expertise building and validating statistical and machine learning models, including clustering, regression, and predictive analytics.
- Strong data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation skills.
- Working knowledge of data governance and responsible AI expectations, including privacy, bias awareness, and reproducibility.
- Ability to take problems from framing through to deployment‑ready outputs.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience ideally within demand‑led public services, including predictive demand, prevention, and triage/segmentation.
