Oracle HCM Consultant

• Implement and support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Learn, ORC, HRHD, Health & Safety.
• Conduct requirement workshops, configure solutions, and perform SIT/UAT testing.
• Support data migration, reporting, and user training activities.
• Deliver pre-sales demos, assist with RFP/RFI responses, and design solution proposals.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong functional knowledge across multiple HCM modules.
• Experience in configurations, fast formulas, HCM extracts, BI/OTBI reporting (advantage).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for customer-facing demos.
