- Implement and support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Learn, ORC, HRHD, Health & Safety.
- Conduct requirement workshops, configure solutions, and perform SIT/UAT testing.
- Support data migration, reporting, and user training activities.
- Deliver pre-sales demos, assist with RFP/RFI responses, and design solution proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Strong functional knowledge across multiple HCM modules.
- Experience in configurations, fast formulas, HCM extracts, BI/OTBI reporting (advantage).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for customer-facing demos.
