Solutions Architect

Salary: £70,000 – 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience designing Azure integration solutions, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and APIs.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Dynamics ALM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and user-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Lead solution architecture across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Drive Power Platform adoption, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Design API-led integrations using Azure technologies.
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CRM solutions.
• Champion architecture best practice, governance, and continuous improvement.
