Job Description
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver major commercial workplace fit-out projects across Greater London.
- Acting as the principal client contact and Building Services Associate, driving new business and nurturing relationships within the capital’s fit-out sector.
- Overseeing high-level technical MEP designs, ensuring compliance with client briefs and sustainability targets for our London-based portfolio.
- Managing project financials, fee bidding, and profitability tracking for this crucial Fit Out Director role.
- Mentoring and developing senior, intermediate, and graduate engineers to build a high-performance MEP team right here in London.
Skills / Qualifications
- Extensive commercial MEP Fit Out experience (Cat A & Cat B) is an absolute must-have for this Associate Director role.
- Leadership background operating currently as a Principal Engineer, Associate, or MEP Leader within a UK consultancy environment.
- Commercial awareness with strong capabilities in fee negotiation and financial management for major Greater London projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence premier clients across the London market.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status alongside a relevant degree is highly desirable to excel as our next Building Services Director.
