The Job:

As the Assistant Product Commercialisation Manager. You’ll get to:

• Drive new product execution and sales across EMEA and ANZ by partnering with Product Managers, Regional Sales Teams, and Regional Trade Marketing teams.

• Support regional teams in converting new business opportunities, driving actions to win new business, identifying white-space opportunities, and guiding the right product proposition.

• Build relationships with regional teams, central marketing and central product managers.

• Assist with tracking and implementing Excess & Obsolete initiatives (E&O)

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our outdoor product portfolio across multiple brands and regions.

• Drive best-in-class execution in local markets through effective collaboration with EMEA ANZ Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams at both central and local levels.

• A university degree in a relevant field

• A willingness to travel across Europe to meet with various external and internal stakeholders

• Early career experience within a sales or commercial environment

• A full, clean Drivers Licence
