CAN Structures, a growing civil engineering company, is seeking a Project Manager to be based at our Northfleet office. The role will work alongside the existing team and report directly to the Contracts Manager.
Responsibilities
- Managing structures projects, including difficult access, building maintenance, construction and mechanical installations.
- Managing site personnel teams.
- Detailed cost planning, variation management and forecasting.
- Liaising with clients.
- Controlling project spend.
- Procurement and management of materials and equipment selection.
- Project financial reporting.
- Managing quality & HSQE.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, construction or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- A professional approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Valid driving licence.
