Structures Project Manager

Job Overview

CAN Structures, a growing civil engineering company, is seeking a Project Manager to be based at our Northfleet office. The role will work alongside the existing team and report directly to the Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing structures projects, including difficult access, building maintenance, construction and mechanical installations.
• Managing site personnel teams.
• Detailed cost planning, variation management and forecasting.
• Liaising with clients.
• Controlling project spend.
• Procurement and management of materials and equipment selection.
• Project financial reporting.
• Managing quality & HSQE.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• A professional approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driving licence.
