Role overview

An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) Project Manager will be responsible for executing complex, high-security facility and infrastructure projects. This role centres on safety compliance, project delivery, and stakeholder management across campuses.

Core Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety procedures, including specific standards and Principal Contractor duties under CDM legislation.
• Project Delivery: Direct end-to-end management of MEP installations from pre-construction through to testing, commissioning, and snag‑free handover.
• Commercial & Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, optimise commercial performance, and ensure delivery stays on programme.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate daily activity briefings, manage contractors, and liaise with partner organisations and clients.
