Project Manager (12-Month FTC)

We’re supporting a well-established, global organisation in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-profile technology transformation programme on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering business-critical projects as part of a large-scale corporate transformation. Working within a central technology function, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while establishing strong governance, driving executive reporting and facilitating senior stakeholder decision-making.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver complex technology projects from initiation through to completion.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance and reporting.
- Lead Steering Committee meetings, preparing agendas, papers and decision packs.
- Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and budgets, ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Produce high-quality reporting that enables informed executive decision-making.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering complex IT and business transformation projects.
- Strong governance, project controls and executive reporting experience.
- Experience leading Steering Committees and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Technical project delivery experience across areas such as infrastructure, cloud, software or digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of mergers, acquisitions or demerger programmes would be advantageous but is not essential.
