About the Role
The Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing specialist mental health care packages, ensuring effective, outcome‑based, community recovery for individuals with complex mental health needs. The role involves monitoring, evaluating and developing the service, incorporating feedback from service users, families, partner agencies and staff, and driving service improvements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, inspire, and develop recovery workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care.
- Oversee delivery of high‑quality care and support for individuals.
- Drive service improvements and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with team, families and communities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working toward it).
- Strong experience in operational and people management.
- Passion for quality care and ability to lead by example.
