Strategic Fractional Finance Director – Nonprofit

Pathways is seeking an experienced Finance Director to manage financial operations on a fractional basis for a UK non-profit. Responsibilities include financial leadership, reporting, compliance, and grant management.

The preferred candidate will have extensive non-profit sector experience, strong financial reporting knowledge, and the ability to mentor staff. This is a fixed-term role offering a maximum daily rate of £700 for 60% time.
