Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a welcoming energy and genuine smile.
- Answer menu questions, promote specials, and help guests choose items.
- Assist guests using kiosks or the app, simplifying digital ordering.
- Monitor crowd flow, reduce wait times, and keep guests informed of order status.
- Resolve complaints calmly; involve Team Leader or GM when additional support is needed.
- Support the team and help elevate service standards daily.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills – friendly, clear, and confident with everyone.
- Quick‑thinking and capable of solving problems under pressure.
- Tech‑savvy: comfortable with digital ordering systems and able to guide guests.
- Team player who supports colleagues and the overall service.
