The Advocate Group are recruiting on behalf of a growing Ecommerce business and looking to appoint an Operations and Product Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll take ownership of the physical product portfolio. You’ll have end to end accountability using data and commercial analysis to optimise the portfolio’s performance, support new product development and ensure products are delivered successfully from supplier through to customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the physical product portfolio; monitoring stock levels, forecasting, product and packaging updates, supplier management
- Analyse commercial performance; sales, margin and customer data to identify opportunities..
- Support NPD through customer feedback, trend and competitor analysis
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance and Operations.
About You
You’ll have:
- Managed a physical product portfolio in a B2C environment
- E-commerce experience.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Experience with forecasting, supply chain or production planning.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence managing suppliers and cross-functional projects.
Desirable:
- Experience in VMS, Food, Beverage or broader FMCG sector
