Scope of Works Includes

• Preparation of multiple areas for CFA piling (circa 60 remaining)
• Installation of ring beams following piling completion
• Concrete slab construction across multiple areas (circa 120m²)
• Masonry structure works (circa 100m²), including timber trusses and slate roof coverings
• Minor internal wall construction
• Epoxy floor coatings (circa 60m²)
• Kerbing (circa 100 linear metres)
• EPDM roofing (circa 14m²)
• Small canopy extension
• Replacement of soffits and fascias (circa 33m²)
• Structural steel elements including wind posts, trimmer beams, and temporary/permanent steel for large generator installations
• Tarmac surfacing (circa 180m²)
• Drainage works including French drains, diversions, and new installations to service new structures
• Installation of metal doors and louvres (circa 15nr)

This package combines enabling works, civils and associated minor building elements within an active hospital environment.
