Strategic Biotech Procurement Lead

Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Procurement Lead to establish a sourcing function from the ground up. This role involves managing RFPs, vendor selection, and implementing procurement strategies while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in procurement, preferably in Biotech/Pharma or Tech/SaaS, and exceptional negotiation skills. The position follows a hybrid model requiring in-office attendance three days a week.
