Community Host / Leisure Assistant – Holy Cross – Kingston Upon Thames, London

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class experience for our hirers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and other school related events, from setting up badminton nets to switching on the floodlights.
• Undertake light cleaning duties to leave the school’s premises as found – sweeping, tucking chairs back under desks and storing equipment in the gym.
• Unlock and lock gates and doors, completing health and safety checks and reporting any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
• Participate in full training, including safeguarding responsibilities, manual handling, fire safety and customer service training.
• Support the school, hirers and the Vivify team; be involved in additional activities as required to further improve service quality.
